Holiday:

25 days rising thereafter by one extra day per year of service up to a maximum of 30 days per annum. 

Pension scheme:

Haymarket will undertake to contribute a fixed percentage of your pensionable salary each year on a monthly basis, subject to you making the minimum personal contribution required.

Personal Contribution                 5% (minimum) before tax relief

Haymarket’s Contribution            8%

Group Income Protection:

Members of the Haymarket Publishing Group Personal Pension Scheme are entitled to membership of the Group Income Protection Scheme at no personal cost.

This protection provides a replacement income if you become ill or disabled and unable to carry out your normal occupation. The benefit becomes payable six months after you first become unable to work and provides two-thirds of your pensionable salary, less a deduction for any State incapacity benefit to which you may be entitled. 

Group Life Assurance:

All employees of Haymarket, benefit from life assurance protection of four times their current annual salary under a separate life assurance Scheme.  

Interest free season ticket loan:

An employee is entitled to apply for an interest free season ticket loan once they have passed their three month probationary period.
